MarketCare is a price directory, not a medical service. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. All pricing information is for informational purposes only.

Always confirm the price directly with the provider before scheduling. MarketCare is not responsible for discrepancies between listed prices and what a provider charges at time of service.
5. Provider Listings
Healthcare providers may appear in MarketCare listings based on publicly available pricing data. Providers who claim their listings agree to maintain accurate pricing and contact information.
MarketCare reserves the right to remove or modify any listing that contains inaccurate information, violates these terms, or that we believe could mislead patients.
6. Intellectual Property
The MarketCare name, logo, site design, MarketCare Score methodology, and the curated compilation of pricing data are owned by MarketCare. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Underlying CPT codes and government data are public domain.
7. Limitation of Liability
MarketCare is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site
- We are not liable for decisions you make based on pricing information found on MarketCare
- We are not liable for the actions, omissions, or services of any healthcare provider listed on the site
- Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed $100
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
