MarketCare is operated by MarketCare, Inc. in Austin, Texas. We publish a directory of cash-pay healthcare prices for the Greater Austin Metro area. We are not a doctor, a clinic, an insurer, a broker, or a covered entity under HIPAA. We do not provide medical care, schedule appointments, or process payments.

By using marketcare.com you confirm that you are at least 18, or using the site with an adult's permission. You agree to use the site lawfully and in line with these terms. If we change the terms in a material way we will update the date at the top and note the change.

All prices are estimates of cash-pay rates for the Austin area and are provided for general information. We compile them from public data, direct verification calls, and provider submissions. We try to keep them accurate, but healthcare pricing changes and depends on the specifics of each patient's case.

Always confirm the price with the provider before scheduling. MarketCare is not a party to anything you buy from a provider and is not responsible for differences between a price shown here and what the provider charges at the time of service.

• Look up procedures, providers, and verified prices.
• Compare options and share links to specific listings.
• Submit corrections, prices, or feedback in good faith.
• Reference small portions of our content with proper attribution.

• Scrape, mirror, or systematically download our pricing dataset without written permission.
• Use bots, scripts, or automation that disrupt the site or overload our servers.
• Misrepresent yourself when claiming a listing or submitting prices.
• Submit information you know to be false or misleading.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to harass anyone.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or rebrand our content as your own.

Providers may appear in MarketCare based on publicly available information. Listing on MarketCare does not mean a provider is affiliated with or endorsed by us, and our use of a provider's name or location does not imply their endorsement of MarketCare. Trademarks, names, and logos remain the property of their owners.

Providers who claim a listing agree to keep their pricing and contact information accurate. We may edit or remove any listing that contains inaccurate, misleading, or unsafe information.

The MarketCare name, logo, site design, written editorial, and the curated compilation of prices are owned by MarketCare. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Underlying CPT/HCPCS codes, NPI numbers, and government price-transparency files are public domain or governed by their own licenses.

If something on your listing is wrong, email us and we will fix it, usually within a couple of business days. For copyright concerns under the DMCA, send a notice that identifies the work, the URL you believe infringes it, your contact information, and a good-faith statement of authority. We will review and respond promptly.

We may suspend or remove your access to the site if we believe you have violated these terms or are using the site in a way that harms other users, providers, or the integrity of our data.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute is to be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
